In view of the emerging importance of IT Governance that contribute to the success of most organizations nowadays, ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter has organized the first-ever IT Governance Achievement Awards in Hong Kong to foster the public awareness of IT Governance and to recognize the achievements of forerunning organizations in leading Hong Kong to be one of the world’s most reliable IT hubs. The BBA-IS Program of the Department of ISOM has been chosen for the “Merit Award” for the 2017 IT Governance Achievement Awards (Public Sector).

This award recognizes and honors a public sector organization with outstanding performance and achievements in IT Governance which has significantly contributed to the promotion and adoption of IT Governance practices in Hong Kong.
